I've been contacted by a group from of the UK, Media Discovery, who want to pay me for placing some ads on my sites.

Has anyone had any dealings with this group? Do you know if they are serious?

I have been talking to them by email as well. They also approached me about writing a blog on my site for $120.00 annual payment. Have you had any followup with them?

Its trustworthy. They approached me once and they really paid me. I know they pay pretty good prices for links, usually bcz for casino links (posts). I was paid for casino link. I put the condition to pay me in advance as they asked for casino link (blog post) and finally they did it (Something like $175-200 they paid for my PR3 blog)

As i said, they paid me. I think many of them think its too good to be true. Here's some proof (they paid me). (whats the harm anyways, we do several stuff here on DP for much cheaper prices)

I just got this offer as well in email and I did some researching. I came across this which makes sense. Yes they will pay you but the question is the link they are putting can end up getting your site delisted by Google due to the type of paid linking is against their terms.

More details in this quoted post:

well got the money as well, but my question is; what are the chances getting delisted if there is only one post? also my other question would be if i would get delisted is there chance to redeem from that?

How about this - what if you agree, get paid and all that but a few days after you've confirmed that you've received the cash, you just pull the plug on the post (or even just the link)?

Surely somebody has thought about this too? Or what am I missing here?

Well regardless, I'm about to be paid to link to betfair.com (homepage) and that seems reasonable enough. How can Google delist me for that?
