I admit that I'm an amateur when it comes to web design or creating forums but I have other skills in real life marketing and promotion. I am interested in creating a forum and site that would benefit most UK consumers and in the long term it could be quite profitable. I dont think this type of forum already exists, but there are others that only cover certain items and parts of the market. I need to know costs for setting up a vBulletin, best hosting to use, and cost for designing the whole thing. The reason I am asking for UK based designers etc is because the forum will be for the UK public, as I think sites like this already exist in the US. Also, knowledge of online marketing, Seo etc would be good. Its an opportunity for a trustworthy and helpful person to create an exciting site that will benefit everyone, so its not just for the potential earnings long term. PM me if you have all the attributes listed above, Thanks Richie
of course, I'm not expecting someone to give up their time and effort for nothing. But I'd like to build something that will make money and in turn the person will benefit long term too. If you want to give me an idea of your costs I'll be happy to look at it, cheers.
Jesus H Christ!!! How long does it take for someone who is an expert to reply?? How does $200,000 sound??
sorry about the rant lol, had a few drinks last night and shouldnt have posted in my sozzled state. brand0n - I do have msn but wont be able to use it till later as im in work right now. Will be online this evening and will discuss this project with anyone who is experienced and interested in helping. Cheers
Thanks for everyone who has got in touch. I'll be around tonight and can have a chat about things then, cheers guys.
Thanks for all the offers. I'm gonna get vBulletin and sort out a domain and hosting with a fellow DPer but will let you guys know more once we have it set up and there could be a good chance of working together in the future. The more skills the better. Also, its not down to citizenship, I'm all for utilizing the best skills from around the world its just that the subject matter on the forum is geared towards the Uk public.
