    Good ? Bad ? (uptimes, load, support...)

    They are a very reliable company to go with, if I were you, I would also add HostGator to your list, but the only thing that really matters is if you want your files being delivered from Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX.

    I take the special package from them : the faster server, priority support and dedicated IP. I don`t know the experience without using these special package, but for me it`s good with these special package. I already used them for months and never found down time until now.

    they are good...I had my first hosting plan from them and even their support is very good...you can go with them.

    I think you should read the reviews before buying with them. Don't have any experience, just have read the reviews.

    Sometimes even webhostingtalk is confusing.

    Some people do recommend Lunarpages or Dreamhost for example while I do not recommend them.

    I have a reseller account with them, and recently I was in battle with them trying to find out where my eCommerce site disappeared too?? The files wasn't there in the Cpanel, and I keep lame excuses from technical support, and didn't make any sense when all my other websites (plain) wasn't touched, and the worse scenario was the language was in Arabic?? It doesn't matter now, but after reading the review I realized there were a lot of victims who also experience the same or similar issue.

    I am worried about all my digital content that was on my eCommerce site. I feel that it might of been copied/stolen, but I can't prove it since it's back to normal now.

    I highly recommend the reviews as a must read.
