Any experience with Facebook Ad Submitters?

    I was searching ebay for vouchers and came across a Facebook Ad submitter.

    I am curious to how this would work or if anyone has any experience with it.

    No I cant explain it because Im asking if anyone knows. Im guessing its like the CL auto-submitters but dont know. I seen a link posted for one for sale and was curious what anyone could tell me about it.
