Any Experience With CNET/Upload.com's SpotInstall Monetization Program?

    Seems like a good situation for small software developers, but I know there has to be some kind of catch to keep start-ups out of the game.

    I'm surprised no one has used it here. It seems like it would be a pretty well-known/popular program...? Maybe there is a problem with it?
