    They pay, don't worry.

    I just stopped working with them because of what I mentioned in my other post.
    But they are not scammers.

    Nowadays, most of ad networks pay to their publishers (does not necessarily mean that they pay on time), maybe except GlobalTakeoff and other few networks. And Google Adsense, which in my opinion are the biggest scammers ever.
