They will, because adsense pays the most (in most cases), therefore a user clicking on another ad won't be clicking on the AdSense equivalent, therefore your earnings will decrease.
Well, it could affect your CTR and so your earnings. But not all people clicking on another ad would have clicked on an adsense ad. Personally I use other ad networks on my sites, because adsense doesn't offer in-text ads for instance, nor does it offer CPM ads exclusively. And I prefer to have several sources of income instead of just one, even if that means less earnings at the end of the month, as long as it is more than enough for me to live on, I'm ok and prefer to have several sources.
You are giving the choices to users. So people can click on google adsense, infolinks and imagespacemedia. Its better if you use google adsense.
I'll affect your earnings on adsense, but if your overall earning is better than just adsense alone, it's worth it.
im using cpm layers that need to be manually closed by the user. sometimes they click the adsense instead
It will only affect your overall earnings. You CTRs will be lower but if the other ads offers something that Google AdSense doesn't then go for it.

why you use another network for earning as of now adsense is best for eveyone so use adsense only ...
Well I did the same thing for testing purpose one one of my website, green content website. Well when using adsense and infolinks together, my adsense decreased and the Infolinks didn't maked at least the difference that I lost from Adsense. So my advice is to stick to Adsense. Also depends of your niche. If you will specify also your niche maybe somebody will can sugest you a better ad network
