Yeah, it does not make any difference on search engines. But it is much better to use .com or .net. These can give more authority to your site.
It is certainly possible to use a .info instead of a .com. I have a friend who's on top of google for his term and he has a .info. In my opinion a .info is better than a .net or a .org, because its more recognizable and more uncommon. You won't get as many random type-ins (if you have a good domain name), though I'm sure that doesn't matter. Short answer: it costs less ($2 instead of $10 from godaddy), and it really isn't that much of a difference.
yes your question is quite unclear. But if you are asking for .info than it is a domain like .com. Use it according to your needs. No affect of it in Search Engine. Spider will treat it as a normal domain like .com.
If you have informative web site then go with .info and if you have commercial website then .com is the best option for you and yes I'm also agree with that there are no big different between both of them all depends on your optimization
If I where you I'd just buy a .com domain.. It doesn't matter for search engines and .com domains are more popular. And .info are only the first year 2$ anyway.
Go for .com , .info has been spammed to death and don't have good value in domain market. there is just $6 difference between there cost anyway. As far as SEO is concerned, G says, they are same though I am pretty sure they treat them differently if they find 100s of .info on same ip, just an assumption
I don't think it will make any difference to search engines that whether you are using .info domains or .com domains, the only difference I can think of is that .com domain is more popular then .info domain and is more expensive also.
TLDs are not an issue with the search engines but it is always better if you create your site on your niche TLD
There's is no difference in the use of TLDs..behind the letters are Number... The .com and .net are better know by people. And are best for companies that want to brand there name, advertisement, magazine ads, billboards, newspaper etc...
Although Google (SEs) state that there is no difference, a .info site is new or does not have "Age" and this is what creates the disadvantage. We recommend buying an existing .Com before getting a new .info.
