hello the point is that i need the help on having a paypal account in a french bank to which money can easily be transferred i have my account in LCL bank so i wanna know that which bank will be the best for it and also if there is an online bank to which i can contact online and also if there could be a user having paypal account through LCL bank.

i am.. my bank is Crédit Lyonnais (LCL) too, but let me tell you that if you dont live in france, its almost impossible to have a french paypal account, after you get verified, they will limit your account very soon (you wont be able to send or receive) and ask you to fax Id cards, Bills documents., proof of identity, proof of adress.. if you dont do it (and you cant do it obviously) then your account will stay limited and you wont be able to use it... i didnt understand your question exactly, but this is just to warn you because you could lose all the money that you have in your paypal..

In fact i live in france but just shifted to france a month ago so don't know how to add my paypal payments to my LCL bank account.So i need the support of a person using the same bank account for recieving his paypal payments.Hope u understand my point. Also i have sent PM to both of u hope u will help me out.THx

ok so basically you open a paypal account and enter bank information is "virer des fonds" if your account is in french. If you don' t know what to enter, go to you bank or to any cash machine fron lcl and print a rib ? Is that what you want?
