Any DECENT PPI programs which pay for all countries?

    I have been toying with the idea of experiementing with PPI programs such as zangocash and the yahoo affilitate network..However, these do not accept members from all countries!!

    Are there any decent paying PPI programs which pay for all countries like china india etc?
