Any decent automated translation plugins for Wordpress?

I've tried transposh and the translation quality is horrible (at least from English to Russian). I can tell since I'm fluent in both. Are there any systems that provide better results?

 

So far i never found a good automated translation pluign, but if it is somewhere out there, I guess it must be very expensive. Usually people have a custom script for that

 

There is really no full proof translation plug in, they are all either based on Google, or babel fish and are pretty rough but they get the point across. I use this one, and I do get translated traffic, but I know it's not the same as having the site professionally translated.
