Any debit card loadable via ACH ?

    Hey guyz. I'm looking for a debit card loadable via ACH, available for french resiedents under 18, please recommend me a debit card. I need any debit card, even those Cirrus/Plus cards (ANONYMOUS CARDS like VMI), as long as fees and card's price aren't too high, it suits me. Thanks alot !

    You can apply for their Virtual US Bank Account ..which is in beta after you receive two payments from one of their partners. GetAFreelancer, 2checkout, etc. You can create products and sell services to yourself if you're in a hurry.

    I wouldnt recommend using the bank account with paypal, but it works great with places like Ad Networks when they have to pay you.

    Thanks but they deleted my account, I had problems with loading my card. I can't register again as I'm under 18. People above 13 were allowed to sign up when I had an account.

    What about VMI? I've been useing them but than my card expired because of non-activity
