Any danger in software for link building?

Don't do it man, I'm telling ya, you will screw yourself. No softwares are good no matter even "the brand". There are big name,"brand", softwares out there that have been out for years and the owners think they have perfected it as far as doing what they want it to do, but, all the methods are still spammy.
Softwares you are going to find will: do directory submissions, articles submissions, social bookmarking, forum profile back link building, blog commenting, and all of these are now considered spammy by Google. Pay attention to their recent updates. If you want to be successful with a site you want to follow their rules and guidelines or you will be wasting your time. People used to be able to get away with these practices but these days you can not.

I think he is going to have to learn the hard way. He has been told by so many people but wants to believe the couple that say it's ok to use.

Most likely they were old... Probably written back when software's actually did a little good.

 

It is incredibly dangerous using link building software. The days of 40,000 links helping you are over.
Google now sees them for the spam they are and will PUNISH you severely.

Kris is absolutely correct - generating thousands of links with spammy software will get a you a ban, fast. The only people making money from backlinking software nowadays are the people who sell it.

 

I can't provide a genuine experience on working with senuke or sicksubmitter, but for what's it worth I found that sick submitter 4 has a coupon that reduces the monthly / yearly cost.

 

I would never use automated software to build backlinks pointing direct to my moneysite.
You just start it and you don't know exactly where a link ist posted.

My Advice: Build a few High Quality links to your money site manually and use a software to build links to the manual created ones.
So you don't risk to get penalized, maybe you can add some other HQ-Links later if soe are dropped.

 

Yeah there will always be a danger in using an automated tool to build backlinks. Automated backlinks all have a pattern and are spammy and are easily detectable by google. You should only really use them for your tier 2/3 links in tiered linkbuilding. Also, using a tool such as Senuke X is not as simple as it seems. You will have to fully understand the tool before you are getting the benefits from it.

Keep in mind building backlinks is something google fight with since the beginning, no matter you are doing that manually or automatically, it`s manipulation of search engine rankings.
So in my opinion there are no dofferencies between black hat and white hat, cos they are exactly the same, white hat - means manually builded backlinks , black hat - automatically, but both are still something google hates, cos you are doing it yourself and manipulate their results right ?

Google wants to belive the people will build backlinsk for us for free because of quality of our content, how control you could have over that process ?
You can`t do anything, do you think someone sharing you article/website checking first Authority of the target site he sharing you backlink on ?
I don`t think so, but we can call it naturally backlinks building which "google loves" right ?
But the people don`t have to know best SEO practises or Google requirements and do it their way you never have control over, and therefore google always can penalize you, no matter people are doing it for free cos they belive your content is worth to share, or you do it by yourself manually or automatically, it does not matter, google always will find the reason to penalize you.

Write interesting high quality content and wait someone will share it - this is what google wants we do in matter of "website promotion", that`s all.

So I think it really does not matter you do it manually or using some software, it depends on you, the most important thing is to do it right way and don`t use spammy target sites and techniques.
But you still don`t have a full control over you backlinsk profile cos anyone can build backlinks to your websites including your competitors (bad SEO)

I think that you can use tools like SE Nuke but you have to know how to use them. A good tip is to set the account creation module to only post to sites with PR 1 or above so you avoid the spammy PR n/a or PR zero websites. Links should be set to drip out over 14-28 days with a good spread of different site types. Tools like "article builder" or the leading articles can help to give you great spun content to post on those sites. Does this help you? Tools like SE Nuke will help you to rank for low competition keywords with ease but for competitive keywords you will need contextual high PR links from relevant authority websites.

I would definitely avoid Fiverr for such needs. Fiverr isn;t a good place for anything related to SEO, especially Link Building or Keywords Optimization.

Exactly, I agree in every words written. Just be natural as much as you can, and please avoid any type of software.

Most people still don't understand that yo cannot cheat Google in fact... i''m not saying that you aren't able to optimize your website, but you definitely cannot cheat with software and get "big results". All you can got is some kind of penalization... sooner or later. That's for sure.

 

Software just does what you would do manually if you had the time and speed. There isn't anything wrong necessarily with using software to make something faster for you. That being said, some software is designed to use spammy methods. So be careful of stuff like blog comments and forum posting.

 

Do not listen to this guy. Software is NOT good. The type of links they build will get you penalized. This is not 1999...
