Any custom css themes for wordpress.com custom css upgrade?

    I've bought a custom css upgrade for my wordpress.com blog Pointseven.But I'm not familiar with css designing.Where can i get custom css themes for my site.

    I believe with the basic service you can't make a custom theme.
