ANY CPM progs that don't take forever to be approved. I need to monetize my site and blogs.

CPM networks are highly succeptable to fraud, so it's highly unlikely you'll find one that doesn't have a tough review process.

 

Try Axill, they used to be fast in aproving new sites...

I just tried 4 times using hotmail and aol mail still no response.
