Any CPC with flat rate per click ?

    I want to know about any CPC network like adsense which offers a flat rate per click with low requirements to be considered as their publisher. :confused:

    you can't find any CPC ad network like adsense .

    Bidvertiser ,10.000 uv & 100 click = $0.08 :p

    im with bidvertiser and get around 350 - 400 clicks per 10,000 uv with an average of $0.17 per click

    when u are getting .17 $ , can u please tell me from which region are u getting the majority of the traffic and how is the traffic coming , i mean from search engines etc.
