    The layout is a bit... Bleh. The banner seems a bit rushed, and the pink box seems to be a bit out of place - it's kinda on the side, but not quite. You might want to use the same font throughout too. Apart from that, not bad :p

    I think you should look into a new design like others said. If you are looking for people to buy advertisement then you need to make sure they feel comfortable in your site. Professional design is required here.
