You'll struggle to find a clean PPI the only two truly clean PPI's are adsense's FireFox and Google toolbar installs, not sure if they are still running it but it used to be $1 per install.
That website is pay per sale not pay per download as far as I'm concerned, regardless of the delivery option you still need to sell audio tapes promoting islam. 20% per sale (0-50 sales per month) so your going to earn $0.40 for promoting islam... Although I have to give the site credit you can download a free video and its hilarious, hers one quote: "You and I know DEATH is just like SLEEPING!!!" lol maybe if you fall asleep behind the wheel on the highway.... although its a bit more PERMANENT (it kinda last for EVER!)
webfetti and Zwinkys are not clean, webfetti is full of viruses etc, l tested it, took about 20 minutes to get rid of all the junk ! Try Yahoo toolbar that of course is clean ! and pays $1.00 per install you need to signup at commission junction to get it.
