Any chance approve local site in DMOZ

Hi i have a local site of my place ...bt the problem is there is another site of the same place listed in DMOZ...bt the site is not active..is ther any chance for me to get approved if i run a updating site

 

If you are talking about a regional listing, then apply to become an editor! That is likely the best way to get your own site listed... or just submit & forget.
