should learn the basic first.. lots of things to consider in terms of SEO. rank, traffic, news, updates, tactic or whatever,....
You can try posting in our SEO review forum for better response Anyway, you need content on your pages to start off...
As mentioned, there is a lot to SEO that is behind closed doors. Most books don't even cover what you could say the (Secret Sauce) Most of us SEO specialists wont reveal all of our secrets, but to learn a lot more you can check out: www.totaldmag.com/seo.html http://www.theseokit.com/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=4 Have fun and enjoy
O-O-O ..... time fer a little self-promotion; the SEO Handbook was created to give the basics to nOObs that makes forum life much easier. A grasp on the basics is almost mandatory when trying to get the most out of the forums.... so it is a good idea to learn SEO basics first
I am on.. let's see... 8 forums or so? One common thing is that nOObs asking generalized questions get less help because 1. There is too much to cover 2. Veterans don't feel like doing the same old answers over and over So, for me, I felt if a novice could get a grounding... a foundation, they would get more out of forums, articles and other parts of the learning process... Coming to a board and saying... 'How can I make my SEO better?' or How do I rank for X term?' is not as likely to get the RIGHT answers or any kind of cohesive strategy. Now, coming on and asking ' I have done directory submissions, what are some other good link building strategies?' - would likely do far better How does one know to ask such questions? Learn the basics..... IMHO as always.....
the only thing worse is when they don't want to post the url and ask those general questions and expect quality answers.
