any C programmer here? do a easy program

i want someone to do a program for me.
(hehe. school assignment, it is not hard. but i dont know c.)

I am half done, but kinda stuck. If you know c, then you can finish the program in half an hour.

You need to know c and have some knowledge of shell (command)
