    I think its can be e-learning website or web about edu, schoolarship... waitting for your comments ;)

    e-learning could be a very time consuming website to keep updated. One type of website that can be popular, but is not quite as demanding is a type of book report/essay help site. You can accumulate a directory of cliff notes, summaries, and essays to many popular books read in high school. Then, you can sell access to your directory.

    mystickcal sells some nice databases so you could get lists of all the universities and schools etc and turn it into a dir or something... add some PPC and see what happens...
