he do proper seo for this with all keywords. but sites ranking is down day by day.

directboattransport.com (registered 2011) is a clone of directboatshipping.com (registered 2009)
If you want directboattransport.com become the king on search, just delete directboatshipping.com.
I saw that the owner is the same, so it will be no problem.
If you want both websites exist on google search result, just make directboattransport.com unique.
That's my two cents.

And write some articles n post it and hit keywords to your site. do some social bookmarking for those articles. This will also helps to increase traffic.

i cheek webmaster guide line but there is not any role for the clone site.
some clone site are already working and they are in ranking. many popular sites have there clone.
