i have paypal account it is not verified and it contain 30$ but the problem i cant send the money until it get verified and since im not usa resident i cant do that
her is the deal : i give my paypal id and password ,you verify it and send me 25$ and keep the rest (it must be usa resident)
i really need this to pay for my host

 

This cannot be done because it can and more than likly shall be classed as fraud.

I am sorry mate, but paypal works in many countries and not just the USA.

in my country paypal just send money i cant recieve
so i used an american resident info and created paypal account but now when i try to pay for my host they told me that i need to verify my account before i send money

 

The simple answer is "you can't do it, this is prohibited one". you can't verify it if you are not from USA.

 

Don't do this coz paypal can detect the IP address accessing your PP account from different country and thus banning your PP account.
By the way,you can use other host that accept CC so that you can directly pay your host with CC

 

There will be IP address issue if you ask somehow to login the account. It will get frozen.

 

its of no use and if even this can be done , no one will do it for 5 $ and risk of getting the account banned which will be of no further use

 

Buy a VCC for $7 and try to add it to lift the limit. If your luck is good then you will able to transact the money. if not then forget about that.
