It depends upon how accurate your click-detector is. Something like adlogger, which I understand would over count clicks, would obviously send high data to Analytics, thus the reports there may not be that good. If you use one that is more accurate, of course the results will be more accurate in analytics. There is a link above that presumably tells how, and is likely similar to what I did.
