There are some things for which Google searches aren't top choice - wallpapers is one thing. It's much better to go to a recommended web site than to a top result at google for "wallpaper" lets say. Deviant Art is one of my favourites, I've found some good ones there. I would agree that it's not so easy to Google for good wallpapers, though. You need to know what you're looking for, and sometimes you just don't know that until you see something you like.
Thanks I can spend hours searching there ...it's darn addictive. Especially those abstract digital art wallpapers are amazing!
