i think that's the problem we have to figure out what niche is most suite us by learning and learning
If you are on a good high paying niche, try implementing your content with high paying AdSense keywords, or better create a blog on one of the high paying keywords e.g "equitty loans" And never forget to drive traffic to your site. There is always competition on the high paying niches, but with hard work you will conquer.
i thinks it all depends on your design , if the site is designed best , then it put up more n more expensive ads , and duh! your keywords have to be there , i get about $5/per click on one of my site

good keyword, traffic is the way if ur ads are clicked form us other thn asian countries u get more $$ per click
Don't focus too much on high paying keywords. Even after all the hard work in putting together a site based on well paying themes, high paying ads can still be quite difficult to get. There is no guarantee that Google will deliver high paying ads to your site. You need to be an established publisher first and you need to have alot of 'quality' U.S traffic passing through your site. Your best bet would be to focus on less competitive adsense niches, create a decent website and concentrate on promoting it.
Choose a high paying niche like Finance for example. It's not a constant $3 per click but you could get a few worth that amount.
