Hi Chakra I would say don't use any tools as they produce meaningless content. Just collect enough knowledge and write it in your own language. I you are not confident then hire a good content writer who has vast experience. Goodluck!!!

Rewriting articles? You can opt to rewrite articles by yourself but if it is tools that you want, there are spinners around. I like easyarticlespinner.net because its basic features is enough for me to get unique and decent spun results.
Make up something of your own, the web doesnt need 500 versions of the same texts.. google is destroying the web

Why rewrite what's already been said? A good site writes its own original content. Now if you mean you've done research on something and want to put information you've got from many sources together into a new cohesive article, well...I don't think any programme can do that for you. If you can't write it yourself maybe hire a ghost writer. But if you're on a budget, I'm sure there are some good writing guides online you can read to get the basic skills down that are needed.

why even bother? It's meanless content that won't ever get you any links and your traffic will never run high enough for it to be worth it....
