The original OP made a post asking for people's opinions on a small list of hosts or who was better. Well the pure statement of who is better depends on a bunch of factors and people's opinions... Asking what budget the OP had to work with helps every person that reads this thread give him input without just guessing. If he has a budget of $100 a month, there are a ton of options from shared to VPS, etc. If his budget is just $10 a month and he is looking for a huge dedicated server, whats the point??? Asking for a budget or high point they are willing to spend each month allows people to offer opinions that help the OP. I agree 100% with WSWD, way waste everyone's time when that simple question will narrow things to a level the OP is looking for...
I am using bluehost for couple of years. I have never faced any issue with some few down time of max 15 to 30 mins and it has excellent features like CPU threshold to check how your account is consuming the resource when you are in shared server.
You can try indhost.in provides free 250MB hosting with 5GB bandwidth.Premium Plans are also available.
