Any best paypal affiliate leads

I need any affiliate programs that has Pay-Per-Lead (signups, small form, two-pages).

And the payout has to be by PayPal.

Anyone has any suggestion?

I havent heard of any that pays daily....I have one that when you reach $5.00 it will pay you, so if you make it daily you will get paid daily...

ah lot of debt programs and college degree programs pay like $20 a lead .. Valued network pay by paypal you can request faster payment also if you do well .
