Any Best Links Management Tool?

    I want to know is there any best links management tool to keep track of the reciprocal and paid links?

    Any help will be appreciated.

    I am also looking for link management software.

    Ideally i need something that i can enter the sites root url and it will spider the site for the link but also it will allow me to add contact details for the link exhcnage so i can get back in contact with them if the link is down.

    Because I will be using it to monitor many different types of links i dont want the software to require me to put a location for the reciprocal link it - however i do need the option to add one if there is a reciprocal linki involved ( needs to support 3 ways )
