    Here card facility.

    #Monthly charge $3.
    #ATM withdraw $2 per transaction.
    #Activation charge $10.00 in bangladesh. this money will be deducted when your first loading is complete.
    #You cannot load money on your card through Western Union in bangladesh. ( reason western union prepaid service is not available in the bangladesh.)
    #Alertpay transaction can be possible for loading money in the card.
    #you can add your card in alertpay account ( paypal does not support bangladesh).
