That's pretty funny. You must be one of those people who thinks because I don't believe any more that I never really believed in the first place. My how you couldn't be more wrong. But it's OK a lot of people suffer from this. Yall can't fathom how a "true believer" would fall from the flock. So in turn you rationalize that they must not have ever been a true believer in the first place.
so your saying more something was already and then created everything or something came from nothing and then created everything?
i think we need anti-matter for that dont we? because we cant do it or perhaps dont know how doesnt make it not possible. You are going on an argument for god along the lines of you cant prove its not true.. so its gotta be true. i think the universe is a simulation on some advanced computer.. someday they're going to push the off button.
One thing we all cannot deny and that is the fact that we all die, The question is where will you spend eternity? "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16
I was brought up in a school which promoted religious study (not to any excessive level tho). During part of my school life I thought there was a god.. ....Then the frontal lobes in my brain fully developed and I was able to think logically and use reason. Therefore dismissing what I'd been previous told.
Who created god then? hmmmm, weird! At some point he must have come from nothing. Christians suck at debate
That's because God has always existed, no one created God. We have a very limited understanding of that because we, as humans, can't comprehend something *always* existing.
lol, by your logic (or lack of) the universe could have just as easily "always existed" thus negating the need for a "creator". It blows my mind that you think god always existed, yet argue that the universe couldn't have always existed. Flawed logic at its best.
You're putting God in a box. God is not of this earth. God created this earth. The earth has not always existed. Everything of this world has a start and a finish, science has determined that. So again, God is not of this world, so no scientific discovery could ever possibly apply to God.
God god god.. What god? Where? Proof? It's all in some book some people wrote a long time ago. Back around the time the earth was flat and people stoned women for kicks, or traded them for farm animals. The fact of the matter is most of the world believes in something there is absolutely not one tiny bit of evidence for. What an amazing world we live in. Personally I think the dark ages haven't ended yet.
But, I think we all agree that Bible stories told with Legos rock! My favorite -> http://www.thebricktestament.com/exodus/the_golden_calf/ex24_12.html
