    Seems like there are alot of users who just buy any domain they can fine and think they can sell for higher than what they got it for.

    Get a web host, and try to develop a site. I've turned a small .info proxy domain from .99 to $50 in a week. Though LAN/Connection and Proxy are two different markets, if you start up an informational site with helpful links and articles, then you can make something out of it.
