Any alternative to entropay?

I have a problem with my PayPal account, I used entropay vcc to verify my pp account and to withdraw money to it over the last year but the EntroPay card expired and it already renewed by entropay.

Yesterday I tried to withdraw money to entropay vcc but I noticed that its expired, so I tried to edit the card information through paypal but the card balance was empty, then I removed the card from my paypal account and created a new vcc on entropay then when I entered it in my paypal account I got this message:

While I was trying to add the card my account got limited and I received this email from Paypal;

My entropay vcc always start with these numbers 4067427

So what is happening and how to remove the limit on my pp account? they are asking to verify my credit card, but as I mentioned I got that error message!

Also could any one suggest any secure, reliable alternative to EntroPay that will be accepted by PayPal and allow me to verify my account again and withdraw money from PayPal to it then withdraw money to my local bank account in Egypt? "Egypt not listed on verified PayPal country list"

Did you manage to solve the problem and remove the limitation? I have the same problem and would like some help with solving it. So please tell me what happened since then.

I have no luck with Entorypay. I have tried lot but no service from them.

 

so we cannot use entropay to receive funds from paypal?

 

while you adding entropay into your paypal. in 24hours your acc will got limited without mercy!.. do not try to connect entropay with paypal

 

Entropay took my $100 and never give me virtual card. They were always coming with ID proof etc etc illogical things again & again.
