Any alternative(s) to Amazon for selling goods?

Amazon is no doubt America's largest online retailer and it's a good place to buy stuff as a BUYER but their fees are what kills me as a SELLER.

I've considered eBay a.k.a. feeBay (not the best choice, IMO) but I was wondering if there are any better alternative(s) to Amazon?

I hope all is not lost for sellers out there looking to maximize their profits without the BS fees.

    Any inputs are appreciated.

Have you tried Ioffer.com ? Not really a "better" alternative, but it is another avenue you can use to sell your products. I really can't think of any better than amazon or ebay as you mentioned in your post. Good Luck.

Sign up for a Commission Junction account. They have almost everything.

Depends on what you are selling. eBay and Amazon charge a lot but so does Adwords.

And Amazon's customer service for buyers stinks. As soon as the Federal Government steps in and forces Amazon to collect sales tax it will be game over for Amazon.

    That's the reality.

Yep, that's what I'm worried about the most. I'm going to try and milk as much profit off Amazon before they start collecting sales tax.

I sell health & beauty products not tangible goods.

Thanks for the heads up on ioffer.com, will test it out.
