any affiliate programs that pay me to get people to sign up to offers or join sites?

    im looking for an affiliate program that pays me to bring them members to free sites... preferably something over $0.20 for each lead.

    $250 a bit 2 much payout man..
    will take me ages to get there, and i cant see any reviews of your site to confirm you pay out.
