No affiliate program is going to pay instantly, probably not even daily. Way too much of a chance that the leads will be bad and the advertiser won't pay them.
I get paid instantly to my paypal off some affiliate programs i am a member of when i do get convert's. This is because i'm a paid upgraded member of those programs so 100% commission goes straight to me with no waiting. I'm not going to advertise them on DP nor give a link to them. Search google for instant paypal commission's and actually read the TOS and FAQ before signing to the the affiliate program. Most people miss the fine print and end up getting screwed somewhere down the line.
