sure there are some tech CPA offers from Maxbounty and Azoogle. both are great CPA networks to work with.

You have a few options in my opinion. The most profitable way is to include something relevant for software professionals. One think would be books for software professionals, unfortunately Amazon's commission structure 5-8% does not make you much money if someone orders $30 book you get $1.50-$2 at most.

Sorry for the pitch, but another option is to offer a product that pays you well and has broad appeal. We offer financial affiliate program marketing credit cards and credit reports. Nearly everyone has credit cards and everyone is looking for better deals, better offers -- such as airline miles to get free airline tickets. Our payout is great up to $95, with average payout of $30-40. You can get a cobranded site or use affiliate links via credit-land.com.
You can also recommend them to subscribe to any of the 200,000 magazines offered by our other merchant, Acclaim Subscriptions -- you can even recommend magazines relevant to software professionals or general publications. You get at least $5 per sale -- even if the sale is for $10. Guaranteed payout for every paid sale.
You can join Acclaim Network to get all these offers.

Wish you best of luck with your business.
