Any affiliate program allow email?

I was just looking to find an affiliate program that i could promote in emails....These are opt-in emails....and what kind of proof do they need to know they are opt in???

These days most networks prefer email only traffic . i dont think they need proof for it .. but yes if they get excessive complaints of spam then they may ask you to prove its your list .. but it rarely happens
