    MarketHealth pays via Paypal with a minimum payout of 20$

    They offer health/beauty related products and have landing pages in different languages and free hosting.

    Well, I kind of have one of each. ClickBank will accept payments via paypal, and NeverBlue will pay you via PayPal. Does this answer your question?

    Paydotcom accepts paypal and you can get paid by paypal as well.

    All the links on my home page pay me via PayPal - These are membership based programs that pay you residual income, included are SFI, Empowerism, LAB...
