    Hey everyone,

I am officially joining the working (office) world on Monday. I've never had a "real" job so if any of you has any advice for me I would really appreciate it. :)

Carry out the duties as suggested by your boss from time to time without any hesitation. Be punctual and have cordial relationship with your boss, though don't overdo it.

Don't surf porn on company time. :D

Seriously, just go in with a good attitude and don't get caught up in office politics. Go in every day, be nice, do your job well, and then forget about it when you go home. Don't take stress home with you!

I get away with that currently but I am 19 and know more than the rest of my department (work for my school district during breaks from college at the tech department).

My suggestion: suck up to the assistant superintendant since you will be at a school district, the superintendant won't actually give a crap though
