Any advice on SEO for an adult site?

Hi guys, i'm looking into doing some seo for a client. He has an adutl themed website with original content videos etc on.
I've never worked on getting a site in this area optimised and traffic to it, has anyone got any experiences on here or advice?

Optimizing an adult site is the most difficult task in front of an SEO guy. When optimizing an adult site, forget about the content(text) as it is visually oriented. use alt and title tags for all the images and links. you can't do much for on-page but you need to concentrate more on off-page activities. But do remember to use unique title and meta description for all your pages to make them unique.

For offsite seo i think reciprocal links are still popular with the adult webmaster world.

Hey man, there are lots of adults forums out there, you just take part in those discussions and post few pics, if it will be interesting than user will definitely visit your website, you may even make it popular in adult social media. Make affiliations with other adult sites too. that will be the major benefit for you.
