Guys can you share any ideas and experience what clickbank pruducts worth selling? My niche is diet and weight lose.
weightloss4idiots seems to have high gravity, but not sure on the conversion rates though. good luck with this.
I also say weightloss4idiots will work. Do you have an opt-in list? You can make a lot of money with affiliate offers if you have your own opt-in list.
Weightloss4idiots certainly has very high gravity. For this and other reasons, it's actually the one diet product on Clickbank that I'd keep well away from, myself.
In my opinion, there is only 1 diet/weight product on CB that has any merit. All of the rest all say the same crap, make the same ridiculous claims and are being watched very closely by the FTC. You, me, or anyone else can put a diet/weight loss product on CB. You don't have to know anything except how to type or how to hire someone to type for you. Not sure what your IM experience is or how you plan to do your marketing. But it does make a difference since the FTC has come out with their new rulings. Before, all you had to do was a little article marketing and you would be good to go. Now, most of the article directories and Squidoo etc are making it very difficult to even write about that topic. If you have your mind made up to get into that area, find somewhere else to get your product. Good luck!!
Ha! Ya got me. I only went thru 4 of them in their entirety. And skimmed through parts of 2 or 3 others. But your point is well taken. I should not have made a blanket statement like that. And this was at the end of last year. I guess that is just as bad as when you come across the "We have scoured the internet searching for the best....and found these 3 that we recommend". And oddly enough, they all end up being on CB.
There may be a lot in what you say, though, still. To be honest, one of the things that puts me off these weight-loss products is that with such high gravities, you can be (almost) sure there are some pro-affiliates with huge Adwords budgets in there - you know, the people who spend $1,000 per day on Adwords to earn a net $1,100 or $1,200. They're making huge monthly profits of course, I'm not knocking them, but it does make it very difficult indeed for "lower-key" affiliates to compete with them, and I don't mean just by using Adwords. It's not a market I'd want to be too involved in, myself.
Do you know a lot about weight-loss? If you know a lot, you will be able to compete because of these people promoting products do not even know anything about weight-loss. If you seriously know a lot about weight-loss, then you should build up an opt-in list and teach people about weight-loss. After awhile, these people will trust you enough to buy whatever you throw at them.
Boy that is a very competitive niche to start with and lots of competition. I would suggest something with a less competition to start.
Very true. Big time competition. But, that doesn't mean you can't get your foot in the door. You can compete with them by being smarter. Find that special niche. The niche being the audience that the big timers are over looking. What is obvious to you, might not be to me, and vice versa. That market is so fat there will always be room to get your foot in. The main reason it is suggested for people to stay away from that market is that if you are new to IM, they want you to make that first sale as soon as possible. This will keep you interested. If you start with a market where the deck is stacked against you, it is easy to get discouraged and quit. So, if you feel froggy, jump on it and give it a shot. Nothing lost but a little time and I am sure you will learn quite a bit that will help you the next time.
Yes, absolutely; this is the thing. You can't compete with them "by brute force", so you have to do it by being smarter. I understand that with the "WeightLoss4Idiots" product (which I don't promote), many affiliates are doing well by avoiding all the weight-loss-related and diet-related keywords (which must be pretty expensive/competitive?) and seeking out audiences of women aged 30+, because the demographic involved predicates that most digital weight-loss products sell to women in their 30s/40s/50s, and finding (much more easily and/or at much lower cost) groups of them who are interested in other things that women in their 30s+ are interested in means that a fair proportion of them will also be interested in weight-loss. I'll let you know in a decade, when I'm in that group, can relate to them a bit better and know what else they're interested in.
If you want to make fast money the sales are going to boom exponentially after new years with all the resolutions So for a quickie i'd recommend creating a lot of twitter and facebook accounts getting thousands of followers & friends and make it legit and all... you have 10 days, there are a lot of free friend auto adding softwares out there... Now how you convince them to buy is all up to you I'm out of the game now... the FTC has come out with it's "guidelines" that it can't apply.... but hey better be invisible than on somebody's list... So if you plan on giving testimonials... you better cover your back and have and exit strategy...
It's good there's competition -- why? The market has people buying! Your job is to sell it better and market to different target audience. The best affiliate for weightloss promote on websites (media buy) for various audiences (like buying adspace on Oprah.com) or something similar. Don't focus on "fat people" - Think about women who just gave birth -- promote on new mommies websites/forums. - Think of amateur actors/actresses hoping to lose weight for an extra in a movie -- promote on talent agency websites.
