    you can do it via custom fields , of course with a little programming . you dont want to display all the posters ads :D

    ya instlled some mods like

    redbar (menu bar )
    medal system
    adsense mod
    reputation mod

    wch display 2 banner on top and down and one small banner below each posting in topic ...

    I was also looking for a ad revenue sharing mod for my computer forums, i didn't find any for my theme as i am using subsilver based theme.
    but i saw a mod on phpbb3 site, its not updated but you can use it for prosilver based themes, so it should fit your needs.
    you can search the phpbb mod forum for this. or i will try to find it, if you didn't get that.

    I think the best way is to hire a coder if you cant do it yourself and they can include pretty much anything in phpbb3. If your forum is well visited its worth to put some effort into this since there can be pretty much money to be made with the right ads.
