Any activity of yours?

    I'm wondering weather you are training something at the moment. If yes - what, how often and how many hours per training. I really hope you are not 24/7 in front of your laptop/PC standing on a chair and your fatty belly is reaching the floor, lol. :rolleyes:

    I'm currently swimming 2 times per week 1-2 hours per training.

    Your thread is simple but very useful to remind most of us (DPers) to not forget physical activities, I am used to run for 1 hour every morning, and I avoid fried foods. For you Rado, I suggest you to do sit up and push up each for 30 minutes a day. Good luck!

    I also go to the pool, but unfortunately only once a week 2-3hours.I would like more, but I work a lot.
