Any 7search or abcsearch publisher here?

I have few questions. Let say I have 2 site: A pretty good one and an o.k not too too bad or too good. So I decide to use the good one to sign up for publisher. After I got accepted can I use the code to my other site?

abc >> they do much click filter and may lower their bid to less than 1 cent per click if they feel your traffic quality low.
7search >> high bid , but beware , they do charge back most of your earnings to advertisers if they decide your traffic is not quality enough.
Conclusion : if you have high traffic website that North US based , then use them.
