Yes we can do directory submissions. There are a few different people asking for directory submissions so I have already began working on a directory list (about 2000 free directory's in our list currently) and could either work from that list or could work from a list specified by you. The next question would probably be, how many can we do in an hour and unfortunately since this is a new staff processing these new services I don't have an exact ROI number for you. I recommend testing our services for a temporary position, say 4-8 hours a day for 1 week. Then calculating the ROI as an outsourced staffing expense quantified over the value of your performing these tasks yourself and value to you. On my side, I assure you my ability to lead and organize this group of staff members into performing at an optimum level, all the tasks that you request be done for you. So far with the questions asked and job's requested to be completed here is a list of what I have identified so far, what this staff CAN do: -Directory Submissions -Account Registrations -Social Bookmarking -Keyword Entries -Data Collection (Various) -Data Entry Some people have asked about rewriting articles, and at this point, the staff may not be able to rewrite articles at a level of quality expected so I really wouldn't suggest that to be done unless it was something of the sort where their job would be to replace a few different keywords with another, or remove outbound links, or something of that nature where a skill here being "English Proficiency" would not be required. For article tasks, we could negotiate through www.mayxia.com where another group is represented who actually do process articles, and write.
Update on the request for "Directory Submissions" Although we are working from a raw list of "Free Directories" (about 4500 directories) we can still get about 15 - 20 successful submissions per hour. The success rates will improve of course as we filter the list but at that rate $2.00 an hour would mean about $0.11 per link.
