Looks like you may have a unique idea coming up! The domain alone may be reg fee at the moment since it's brand new, but since you may have a unique idea I'll be adding in that it is about low $xx. As a site, if it has a idea to it that people are interested in, I may say mid $xxx.
I must say, develop the website! If you add something to a domain name (website). You will get the value of the website and the domain name will become much famous too. The domain name itself is perfect for the thing you are trying to do, just remember the fact that you need to develop it fully in order to sell it. But remember that you will get the money for the WORK you do on the site, I dont think there will be an added value for the domain, although the domain is very cute itself for the work you are doing IT
