But I am a Christian Fanatic - Christ went to people and loved them whether they were tax collectors (corrupt) to prostitutes. He healed the sick, lame and dead. He loved people even if it killed Him, which it did. Now if I am to follow His lead, I need to love people to my death. (gworld not the death of others)

A difference from being a fanatic Christian who holds the teachings in a good way and those who use them to justify killings, beheadings, crusades, burnings, etc.

The pope might be a fanatic christian but not necessarily in a bad way if he uses the bibles teachings for good, some however do not.

They are hateful, bigoted control freaks who want to force people to live the way the believe.

If this is really what you believe then how can you agree with bombing innocent civilians? How can you defend a government that legalize torture? How can you defend to imprison people without trials or any conviction?
How can you defend killing other people because of their religion?

I know that there are a lot of Christians that really believe in what you posted above but those are the ones who are fighting against the government actions and not supporting it.

I think zman summed it up best when he said "I never met a Christian that wanted to saw my head off."

As usual, try to compare Christians to head choppers. It just doesn't work. You only wished Christians were flying planes into buildings, blowing up buses, trains, cars, hotels, etc.

Total melt down of the usual "moral equivalence." And none the less surprising gworld is right there attacking Chrisitians again. Second favorite thing in life, behind attacking America. Never a word to spare for a terrorist, unless they are locked up behind bars

    Some are; others are not.

I think most are just lonely and depressed, looking for a place to fit in.

So debunked do you support the death penalty?

I think its funny when people are pro-life and support the death penalty. Ecspecially christians.

It makes me feel smug and superior.

Your viewpoint on the Republican Party is... fanciful.

I do not know what motivates you to forward such obviously untrue theories.

If you wish to defeat the Republicans, you first must get to know the Republicans. Sun Tzu recommended that more than two thousand years ago, and it is as true today as it was then.

To that end, I have created this recommended reading list for you:

I've always thought that was comical too. Some people are so full of shit that they don't even realize it.

Gtech, any chance you can go back to the shield avatar? If not, I'll bust out the one of me in a wig!

Yea, I'll change it back. Hope I still have the shield, if not, I'll find something. I don't recall the wig pic. I probably don't want to see it :p

That's probably because you guys think everyone is straight down some perceived party line.

I support the death penalty. I take no issue on abortion at all. It's never been an issue for me. I'm neither for, or against it. Have no problem with gays, although I'd prefer not to see two bushy dudes making out at the food court in the mall and have to explain it to a small child.

To much assuming takes place. "Oh, he's a republican, he believes this..." Not always the case! "Oh, he's a Christian. Careful, he's radical and might pray you to death!"

When I was working in Austria I would sometimes watch Hogan's Heroes in German.

Listening to Schultz speaking German was one of the funniest things I've ever heard.
